Yep! I got POTS long before I ever had COVID but once I got COVID my HR response on standing more than doubled (which was already well above the 30+ bpm change) it can always get worse!

There’s a creator on here who travels extensively, like 10+ hour flights, without masking. And when ppl point it out she’s like “how dare you! I have sensory issues” as if other disabled folks don’t?!
