@krugerconstruction: Almost a year for this garage door threshold seal strip and it’s still perfect. I’ve driven cars, trucks and pallet jacks over it. • I have them on 3 other doors and one get driven over multiple times a day by 2 vehicles and all winter. It’s still on perfect • Grinding the floor and the right adhesive is key. • This stops water from getting in if you have that problem • I’m grinding down the concrete to clean it up and help for adhesion with the Makita XGT 40v and their grinding diamond wheel and dust shroud • I’m using @lepage_products PL premium max to hold down the threshold.
