Marry Me Chicken Gnocchi Soup 🐓  1 lb of chicken tenders or breast  1 pkg of gnocchi 1tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tap onion power 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 Tbsp EVOO 4 cloves garlic minced 2 tbsp flour 2 tbsp tomato paste  1 yellow onion diced 3 celery sticks diced 6 oz sun-dried tomatoes chopped 2 cups of spinach  6 cups chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream  1 cup fresh grated Parmesan  1/4 cup basil Mix all the seasoning with your chicken. Sear on medium high heat in a Dutch oven with EVOO . I like to sear for a couple of minutes on one side. Then flip it. Turn off the heat and cover with just a slit open for steam to release. Let that sit for about 8 minutes.  Once done remove the chicken. Add in your onion, celery, and sun-dried tomatoes. There should be enough leftover juice and oil from the sundrieds, but if your pan is dry add a bit more EVOO.  Let this cook until onion are translucent. About 5 minutes, stirring as needed. Add in your garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add in your tomato paste and flour. Mix together. Add in your chicken broth a little at a time. You should have a fond built, so scrap up all the bits. Add in all the broth. Cover and reduce to low. Let cook for 10 minutes.  Add in your heavy cream, spinach, gnocchi, and fresh grated Parmesan. Cook about 5 minutes and add back in your diced chicken.
