LASAGNA x FOJ VODKA SAUCE 🫶🏼 Over the years I've gotten so many requests for a lasagna recipe. This one is super unique because I'm using my vodka sauce in place of typical marinara and I also use a touch of cream cheese in the ricotta filling. (I kept it vegetarian but if you prefer ground meat, simply cook it and add it into the vodka sauce before layering!) WHAT YOU NEED: 2 cups FOJ vodka sauce (linked in my bio) 1 box Barilla Oven-Ready Lasagne (Cheese filling ingredients) 16 oz ricotta cheese 6 oz cream cheese 1/2 cup grated parmesan 1 cup shredded mozzarella 1 egg 1 tbsp grated garlic A pinch of salt and pepper A heavy handful of fresh Italian herbs, I used basil and parsley HOW TO MAKE: Preheat the oven to 400°F while you prep the vodka sauce and mix together the cheese filling ingredients. Grab a 9x13" baking pan. (The Barilla oven-ready sheets will fit perfectly into this size!) Time to layer. Start with the vodka sauce in the bottom of the pan. Add three sheets of lasagne on top of the sauce, add a layer of cheese filling and repeat until you run out of lasange sheets. Finish the top layer of lasange sheets with mozzarella shreds and pour vodka sauce over the top. Bake for 30 minutes and let the lasagna cool down for 15 minutes before slicing and serving!
