Used to teach elementary school in Japan. Bento days were always so fun for me to see what the kids packed but I always worried about how stressful it must be for the moms.

Whaaat I didn’t know this! they gave me a pamphlet about healthy foods and stickers to promote healthy eating. Maybe it was them gently telling me to pack healthier food 😅😭
