@jortskitchen: The Best Way to Eat Your Veggies 🥩 • • • This is one of my favorite recipes and using the @Made In Cookware carbon steel griddle makes it so easy, especially when you need to sear something long like the skirt steak I used in the video. 🔸Pound a skirt steak so it's the same thickness across 🔸Season the outside and set aside 🔸Bring water to a boil (add salt) 🔸Chop or break off the tough ends of asparagus and boil for 4 minutes 🔸Get your griddle hot and with some oil sear your 1 side of your steak 🔸On the seared side of your steak, spread on cream cheese 🔸Cover with prosciutto 🔸Then place 6-8 stalks of asparagus on each end 🔸Roll up both sides and slice down the middle, separating each roll. 🔸Tie up and sear the outside until the steak is done to your liking. 🔸Brush on garlic butter (garlic, melted butter, parsley) while it rests. #foodart #fyp #steakroulade
