I will always book directly with the airline. And do for the most part with hotels too now. Had one issue there, but seen so many issues now in TT with third party booking places I’m done using them!

i also had problems with kiwi and they told me specifically at Ryanair that I should never book with Kiwi. the best is to find the flights there and then book it yourself at those airline companies

Got the same email from @Kiwi.com on the 26 of July. Still no refund for my canceled flight. Emailed them, sent every receipt, got an automatic response.. still nothing till this day!

Never ever book with 3rd side anything ever! Hotels, tickets, flights.. they usually don’t have any contract with the direct sellers and can scam you easily. Always book directly or with verified-
