My sister and I both had bad IBS growing up. Magnesium citrate was referred to as “the drink” when nothing else works. It actually tastes like sprite and you don’t have to chug it😭😂

My GI doc office told me for colonoscopy prep a few years ago to drink the whole bottle of mag citrate AND that big jug of colonoscopy prep…that was the worst day I’ve ever had in my life

Currently less than 12 hours till my colonoscopy, and I have to drink this. I drank a whole bottle yesterday, and one today. There is NO WAY I could drink that much at once. 😭
