@cookistwow: If you are in the mood for something sweet and creamy follow this recipe by our @melissasweet25🌹 You'll only need three ingredients to make a perfect COFFEE CREAM 😋 👉INGREDIENTS for 4 servings: For the cups: 200g dark chocolate For the cream: 30 g instant coffee 150g sugar 170g water 👉PREPARATION: 1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and transfer it to plastic cups and make sure you cover the inside, helping yourself with a spoon. Then flip and trim off the excess. 2. Put the glasses in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. 3. Now prepare the mousse: pour instant coffee, sugar and water into a bowl, whip with electric whisks and it will be ready in a few minutes. 4. Remove the cup from the chocolate and fill with the coffee mousse. If you want, sprinkle with a little bitter cocoa. The shot glasses are ready to be served!
