Fewer car commuters means he can move his truck from job to job easier. The congestion pricing helps fund alternative transit. Passenger cars just take up too much room in NYC.

I can only imagine NYC. I complain about paying city parking prices in a southern city. The only people I feel are paying high city prices are the trades working in the city that can’t park in decks.
