Potentially the most underrated sandwich out there in my opinion…(also I made mine open faced for more tuna / cheese ratio to bread) Here’s how i make it: 1. Chop up some carrots and celery and mix in with a can of tuna along with about a tbsp of your favorite mayo 2. Divide that into two and place onto two slices of bread (you can toast your bread lightly first for an extra crispy sandwich, but I dont like my bread too crispy 3. Add a slice of tomato and then top with cheese — I used @GOOD PLANeT | Olive Oil Cheese dairy free mozzarella shreds (this is best df cheese I’ve found and it’s made from olive oil — I get mine at Whole Foods) 4.
