Omg your skin is beautiful!!! You can definitely wear foundation if you want, but maybe stick to a light/medium coverage with a natural finish, and powder minimally around the nose

You should try “colourscience sunforgettable flex” sunscreen! It’s a tinted sunscreen that you can use rather than foundation! It’s medium/full coverage I think it would be amazing for your skin! 🥰

Not sure if you have tried a BB cream or tinted moisturizer? Your skin is great, you don’t need the heavy concealers/foubdations! I like IT cosmetics or Marcelle brand :)
