toast your bagel, but don't put the halves back together like a sandwich. you get to enjoy the flavors twice as long, and the toppings can be as high as you want without spewing out the back. enjoy.

Long, long ago I went to a bagel chain place and they refused to toast my bagels as company policy. I believe they changed the policy since then.
