Speaking from experience, if contaminated turkey was used at a deli that slices the meat/cheese for you, anything sliced from that deli was contaminated. Why are they not sharing the brands 😭

I was going to say, you need to say deli meat from where, but the CDC didn’t even report which brands. They did say Turkey and liverwurst were the main meats 🙃

I'm 42 so parents in their 60's both said they've never heard so much outbreaks of this & that. My dad says.. You can't live in fear! Pray over everything! So for years as I make my kids food I pray!!

Googled it bc I’m in nj… deli turkey, ham, liverworst. Different delis from different supermarkets. They were not named in the articles I read. 😳

I work in a deli, we have pre sliced meat that they never want because they think watching you slice it, makes it fresh. in some cases they would be better off taking the pre sliced

I work in a deli and check that the lunchmeat is gotten rid of after it's time is up. went on vacation and learned my BOSS did not do anything while I was gone and was selling 2 week old lunchmeat 🫠

I’m pregnant and people keep telling me I should be fine with deli meat because they had deli meat and nothing happened. I’m so GLAD I didn’t listen to them.

I’ve seen how the deli person wear dirty cloves and the use the same gloves to handle the meat . The blades are not wipe after every use of the different cold cuts so bacteria are spread
