You also forgot to mention that code can be more than just an o2 sensor. If you don’t know I recommend taking it to a mechanic who knows how to verify the issue within the codes

No. It doesn’t tell you wants wrong. It tells you the sensor causing the code. You still have to trouble shoot and figure it out.

Better yet, a bit of tape, a sharpie and boom “the annoying light” is gone……. Then boom goes your engine some miles later

good advice. garage told me I needed a whole new emissions system. a guy hooked one of these up and then changed the O2 and fixed.
