just now I sqaut 140k I do 3 sets of 6-8 then drop weight to 100kg and do 2 sets till failure usually about 15-20 reps, only hit legs 3 times a month because the volume, it works for me 💯

You’d be much better off doing 5-10 reps than 50-60. Superior results for a fraction of the effort.
