This isn’t biscuits and gravy I highly highly recommend looking up a recipe and making it for yourself. The typical recipe uses sausage gravy made with flour and milk (it’s fire trust) it is (1/2)

American here! That biscuit doesn’t look good, friend. Plus we typically do it with sausage gravy, it’s a white gravy with little sausage bits. A soft biscuit with sausage gravy is really good ❤️

as an American... that's not biscuits and gravy. the gravy is a different type. cream base made with browned crumbled pork breakfast sausage.
