@ashleelongwashington: Favor ain't fair, but paying $400 for tickets that would have had us staring at the speakers and no Breezy ain't either. We went to ticket resolution, and the people in front of us were cutting the fool with staff. So my lil sis and me went up nervous. They asked how they could help us. I responded "I don't know if you can, but I won't be rude if you can't." The work was so grateful and said "Thank you because it's tough up here. We don't configure the seating. Let me see what I can do." She goes through a few things and talks with a coworker. She handed us some new tickets, and asked "DOES THE FLOOR WORK?!?!?!"
