Whatever your ideal body weight is, you want to either do .8-1g per pound of that. Focus on that amount plus your water intake and it’ll help. I can recommend supplements to help too if u want ♥️

if you really want to get protein don't eat any processed food the protein bars are just candy bars that's all they are. eat meat-based have Bacon hard-boiled eggs scrambled eggs beef chicken.

Baseline is to have it in every meal and for an estimate number I believe it should be 80-100% of ur body weight in lbs in grams. So if you’re 100lbs it’s 80-100g protein per day ish
