@momifestyourdreams: Follow @momifestyourdreams to keep up with my journey 🫶🏼 My life has flipped upside down since 4 years ago. I went from studying feeling like I was pulling teeth, to willingly spending 4+ hours in a coffee shop making content for my business. When I first learned I had ADHD, it seemed like an impossible task to make content for 30 minutes straight. I saw people batching content for a whole month and said I’d never get there. I didn’t know I had been constantly working against myself instead of doing what felt right. I was trying to make my life look like what society said I should do. What school taught me to do. Don’t get me wrong, my ADHD is not “cured”. I still have days or even weeks where I fall through the cracks. But it is SO much easier now to get back on track. If you’re going through the same, please share your experience in the comments. 🫶🏼
