Just your oil glands! Mine disappeared when I was on accutane but came right back. Nothing to be concerned about, it’s just a normal skin thing

Not milia or keratosis. I have the same and my derm said it’s because the skin is basically see through there on some people. It’s «fat pads» peeking through :-(

The ordinary glycolic acid toner has helped with my texture!

I have keratosis pilaris as well and I’ve not found anything that fully gets rid of it I’ve just accepted I’ll always have it, but I also get a lot of milia and that is similar

Milia. I had these. Salicylic acid (couple of times a week so you don’t dry out skin). I used retinol too (carefully as the skin is thin under eyes)

I have that and concealer and makeup just sit in it and you can see it even more. Looks so bad on me.

They’re visible sebaceous glands because the skin around the eyes is thin

Unfortunately the dark circles/tear troughs can only be fixed via filler. I had mine fixed with filler and love the results. But it is pricey and also important to go to someone super qualified who will also explain the risks/expected outcomes

My understanding is they're "tear troughs" and the only way you can get rid of them is by getting filler 😕

If you wear glasses, make sure to keep them clean. Gently cleanse the area with a warm washcloth in circular motion

You can’t. They are fordyce spots. Only thing that helps a bit is moisturizer but everyone has them

those are normal and not milia! I have them too and an undereye retinol cream has helped with the appearance 👍

Sebaceous gland prominence! It’s normal skin. Some dermatologists say to use a retinoid to over time reduce them but that they are resistant to treatment.
