There was no prophecy, when I was around 13 I had the same thing happen to me (I’m 30 now) and it turned out I just had a stalker who knew I liked fantasy books and tried to use that to kidnap me

When I moved to Chicago in 2012 to go to UIC I was lost looking for the 157 walking around lost and I found a bench in front of a empty lot, I’m standing there looking for my phone trying to figure where I was when all of a sudden I hear ”are you looking for the 157, it will stop here soon” and sitting there was a older man who I know I didn’t see sitting there when I walked up, we talked for several minutes about all sorts of stuff and at the end of our conversation he grabs my arm and says you have to see it through or it will all end and all of the sudden I look up and the 157 bus goes blasting past the spot we were sitting I stood up and walked a few steps to see if it was stopping, when I realized it wasn’t, I turned to look at the man and say I think that was the 157 and the man was gone, I couldn’t see him anywhere, super confused I started walking to see if he was at the corner of the street, he wasn’t and I found another stop for the 157 and a bus showed up a minute later, weeks later I was walking in that same area and that bench I stopped at was gone and the empty lot was no longer empty.
