I have had cats/kittens my whole life. I have never had any scratching on furniture. I show them the scratching poles early in their life and never had the problem. the sticky mats do look good though

Cats also don’t like velvet, I got velvet couch covers and they haven’t touched my couches. The stickers are amazing but cath all the cat hairs..

I have 3 cats, my female Siberian will only sharpen her claws on the door frames. I wonder if I cut the tape if it would work on the wood frame?
