Bulgarian Split Squats, even with minimal weight cause me to tip sideways. After a fall where I nearly bludgeoned myself, I was told to do single leg presses. Not these weird sideway ones. Normal ones where my upper back and core were supported. Is this a legit move for glutes?

There’s actually nothing wrong with a single leg, leg press from an Rehab perspective but I agree with this the angle has very little to no benefit
