This happened to me with the Doona! I called customer service and they said since it came from a 3rd party they could only refund the product but it took weeks before they would!

They have it for the Wonderfold W4 as well. New third party seller. I only buy from sold and shipped by Amazon, or fulfilled by Amazon.
