Put baking paper, oreo dough, and one more baking paper sheet on top and roll it out until around half cm thick. for cream ,mix until smooth 270ml double cream, 1tbsp icing sugar and few drops of vanilla, mix until smooth, add 2 tbsp oreo biscuits and mix until combined, put cream on rolled oreo dough, spread it evenly. roll up the dough and place it in the freezer for 1 hour.
