Recipe says 2 cloves you know I’m adding 12! 🧄🫶 Ingredients: 1 Prime Rib Roast 100 Peeled Garlic Cloves Rosemary Salt Chives A1 Steak Sauce 🤣 How to: 1. Salt the steak and leave in the fridge uncovered for 2-3 days 2. On cook day take out of the fridge and poke 100 X slits with a thin knife to insert your garlic cloves 3. Add Prime Rib to a Food Saver bag with Rosemary and seal 4. In a Sous Vide set to 115 degrees and cook for 4 hours 5. Pull out and Sear on all sides up to 225 degrees internal 6.
