It helps to eat something within 45 mins of the workout. If I don’t it absolutely will trigger that starving feeling.

Also recognize that weight loss is not the only goal in exercise. Even if you don’t end up with a calorie deficit you are still increasing strength, endurance, and fitness ❤️

Protein for sure - then for me, if I'm working out regularly, my appetite and hunger normalize over time, it becomes easier. I wanna give that poor person a hug 😥
