my favorite teacher was the one was would be like "put your hand up if you don't know the ansewr and want to help the others" then she'd get you up front you'd choose you pen of choice for the white board and she'd go over the question with everyone and get you to stop where it confused you. then she'd break that section down and check and see if that's where others were getting confused and continue on until we could all understand it
