Listen don’t be scared to see another vet. Sometimes ppl just don’t see something. You are doing everything you can. Is she eating and drinking? Normal in every other way

110% get a second opinion. My dog had hematomas in both ears. First ear vet said only option was 2 $1000 surgeries, the next ear a new vet put her in head wrap thing for $200 and it healed right away

Definitely seek a new opinion if I were you… vets can take advantage especially when they know we treat our pets like our babies and dump endless $$$ into them

Wait, is it an ear hematoma?? If yes, draining will never end. You would need to let it “reabsorb” naturally. It takes a couple weeks to a month. The ear will be crinkly but the hematoma can’t regrow.

What did they do? My girl had a really large one and they gave steroids and something else and it reabsorbed after like a month

We drain them and inject steroid into the ear and it usually clears it ☺️
