Or you were low on your KPls and therefore let your team down. Or maybe you failed to be present with your family because were so bogged down with work. Whatever the case may be - here's the cold, hard truth. The reason you fail to achieve your goals is because you don't have a system in place to achieve them. Let me give you an example... If I gave you 5 minutes - And you had to get somewhere a mile away... Could you do it? Probably not unless you were an olympic athlete... But if I gave you a bike, or a car, a plane, or a rocket... It's a completely different story. You now possess the system to achieve a goal that you never thought was possible before. Now here's the crazy part... If you and I were in a race and you're on foot and I'm in a rocket... Who do you think would go further in 5 minutes? Obviously me in the rocket. So the point is... The better systems you have, the better results you get, and the less work you have to put in. Thats why if you want to multiply your outputs in business while working less than ever before...
