To book go to airbnb.com/h/vvlangkawi 🌼Shakshuka 🌼3-5 tbs Terroliva extra virgin olive oil 1 yellow onion chopped 3-5 garlic cloves - chopped Saute until brown 🌼Add 2 tbs paprika powder 2 tbs Cajun powder Saute until oil separates Add 2 boxes of diced tomato ( cirios) Add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 sugar Cover for 20-30 min until sauce thickens 🌼Open the lid, add 1 tbs black pepper Add salt to taste crack 5 eggs ( careful not to break egg yolks) Break 2 tbs feta cheese add around eggs cover for 2 min Open the lid Add 3 tbs Parmesan cheese Add into preheated oven for 3 min ( 170c) Serve with sourdough and butter! #annawhatscooking #makan #masak #sedap #steak #homecooked #fyp #shakshouka #healthyfood #langkawi #staycation
