I feel this way with my senior pup! My Yorkie is going to be 16 this year and he showing signs of dog dementia..it’s hard to see them decline. But as long as we long and make sure they’re always loved

with my Stanley, I never had the opportunity to be with him as a puppy. we adopted him when he was 3 years old. he will be turning 14 in a few weeks & like you I treasure every minute I have with him
