So true. People who are religiously late don’t get anything said to them and no one notices if they show up on time. But if you are always on time and a couple mins late they notice immediately.

It depends on the job, I work in the mines and I’ve climbed up in wages faster due to my consistency and ability to get the job done faster then other work colleagues %70 is my pace
