Of course I love both 😔 the entry,kitchen,windows and seperation of bedrooms in the second one but, I love the more defined spaces of the first one.

Depends on who’s living there. If the second bedroom is for kids, the first layout works. For roommates, the second is better for privacy

With these newer buildings they can make any kind of layout so why not make BOTH bedrooms the exact same size so no one feels like they have the lesser of the 2 bdrms?
