We call it Shepards pie, basically savoury mince (traditionally lamb actually) with mashed potato and cheese on top baked. For real Aussie experience gotta put the tomato sauce on top

you should do a potato bake it 4 White potato peeled and sliced with 1 brown onion diced then 125g of bacon 300ml of double cream 1 cup of Grated cheese then Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan then 1/3
