In Spain you can find grilled chicken everywhere also Spain is hot so we have more ice than other countrys such as Nordic ones

All in on all your points but the cigarette one. You can’t smoke in restaurants, cafes or bars in the US. Nor can you smoke within 25 feet of all entrances to public buildings. And for those of us who do not smoke it’s a gift.
