@dhfitinc: I swear, if you make these kinds of tasty, super easy meals and eat them CONSISTENTLY…over time, you can almost GUARANTEE you’ll hit all your weight loss & fitness goals. I’m a volume eater so i eat until I’m full. One huge hack for me is to prioritize my every meal around protein and vegetables forst, then starches and tasty toppers. The main character for this lunch was greek style grilled chicken breast. For my veggies, i used leftover salad mix as my base. Topped with various bell peppers, cucumber, white onion, cherry tomatoes, lemon juice and red wine vinegar. Threw in some potatoes, sundried tomatoe hummus, tzaziki sauce and pepper. With a clean and nutrient dense protein source, fresh colorful vegetables and starch to keep my belly full…the peace of mind knowing these nutrients are going to support my long-term health and overall wellness goals is PRICELESS.
