I would contact Apple and see if they can track the serial number which should be on the box, to see if the laptop is active. Maybe they can give you the location of the laptop.

I had UPS deliver a “phone”. Before they left the delivery driver said it feels light and had me open it up in front of her. It was empty. She called her supervisor and they handled it. FedEx is trash

Contact your state attorney general’s office. I would also ask for any records from FedEx and/or Walmart. And most importantly, document everything. Note every person that you speak to

You have the box for the MacBook with the serial number so contact MacBook let them know it was stolen the can track it and get a signal from it when turned on and they can shut it down so it can not

Keep disputing through affirm and your bank no matter what. That’s what happened to me between GOAT, Klarna, & UPS. I became annoying and got my refund after 3 months

I keep hearing of stories like this. I guess I'm never ordering anything expensive without in store pickup and opening it right in the store cuz this is insane. I hope you get your money back!

The package should be weighed at every checkpoint. Check the package weight at the checkpoints to the weight of the product from the website. I did this when I was missing a gallon of shampoo.

I worked for Walmart. Don’t buy electronics from there. Side note when you buy it again: I ordered my MacBook from apple website and it was delivered through Uber who had to sign at pickup and I signed at drop off.

Tip: have your FedEx packages held at their location or whatever other stores they allow in your area (I prefer fedex or Walgreens) . Open up your package while you’re still inside the store.

Your bank literally has to file a claim and investigate it. They can not tell you, that you have no recourse. It's too late for your claim now you need to file a complaint against your bank.

You either contact apple to track the serial number or contact fedex to give you spicific timings with weight updates. The packages are supposed to be weighted in the process and the weight will tell

Walmart online also kind of works like an eBay in a sense like you’re not buying from Walmart all the time it’s from individual sellers as well. Be careful people could be scamming.

They did that with my iPhone. I opened the box right in front of the driver. They had to send me what I paid for.

The burden of proof is on the consumer. FedEx won't help unless you can prove it was them even if they know it was them. Best thing I have done was put a 24/7recording camera on my porch.
