The title is so misleading. At the end it said the suv drove without insurance and driver lost its license. It just says Gary sat there for 2 hours and nothing about his license.

I had the same situation guy hit me was at fault no license or registration or insurance so I went to sue personally found out he quit his job and movedback with his family so he wouldn’t have to pay

The driver without insurance should be thrown in jail and the gov should pay the insurance bill but depending on how much it costs the driver without a license should stay until they paid it back

I had the exact same thing happen to me by an old lady, USPS beside her turnin right and she turned left without seein me luckily seen the mirage of her car and swerved, a mere few feet miss
