Quick tip when cutting onions don’t cut the root off of it. If you cut the root that’s what’s going to cause you to tear up.

the pasta will always have a little bit of a weird texture but the "Baza" (i think is what it's called) pasta is rlly good, I cook it way longer than i would normal pasta and it turns out rlly good

I tried chickpea pasta once and couldn’t finish it because of the texture, then I saw a video from Paige Jenna (now Sheffield) where she says rinsing it under cold water helps take the nastiness away

Something ive noticed is that if you take the cucumber seeds out they last longer in your pasta salad! I just scoop them out with a spoon!
