Like that, gov set all new cars to have only speed limit up to 50km/h on normal road and 90km/h for highway so no one will speed at all. Like how bluesg car. Max only can run 130km/h

even with the best GPS.. the accuracy is not 100% in straight line. Curve or winding roads is even more challenging. Dependencies also intereferences, weather...etc.
