@italianlife: Here’s to winning all the battles we never talk about. Everything always works out in the end exactly how it’s supposed to. Just have faith. We’ve all felt at the bottom of a pit with no way out, but eventually we always find our way. I’ve never spoken too in depth about my own struggles, but I’ve always wanted to show the real authentic person I am to remind you that while it may seem that people are living your dream life on social media, and everyone is happier and better off than you, it’s absolutely not true! We’re all battling our own demons, we’re all just as clueless as the next person. I guess all I wanna say is, you’re not alone, and while it may feel impossible to get out of bed for days, or you have no appetite, or you all you can do is eat to numb the pain, or you can’t bring yourself to speak to anyone because no one understands you, we’ve all been there. And your spark will come back. It’s all a part of the process. Allow yourself to feel all the feelings. Your smile will be bigger afterwards 💙 Da quando ho iniziato a fare i social, ho sempre avuto l'obiettivo di mostrare tutte le parti di me. Ho sempre voluto spaccare l'illusione della falsa realtà che i social creano. Quante persone che mi dicono in continuazione "che bella vita che fai" perché vedono quello che pubblico sui social. E ripeto ogni volta, quello che vedete sui social è solo 1'1%, tutto curato, vedete quello che scegliamo noi creator di farvi vedere, ricordatelo. E quindi io scelgo di mostrarvi tutti i lati, quelli positivi, quelli negativi, quelli felici, quelli più buoi, perché voglio ricordarvi che siamo tutti umani, passiamo tutti i momenti difficili, tutti piangiamo per qualcosa, non sei anormale o in difetto perché senti che la tua vita non è bella come quella che vedi degli altri sui social. So che mi metto in imbarazzo facendomi vedere in uno dei miei momenti down, ma se vi aiuta a sentire un po' meno soli, sono felice 💙
