It’s a wild concept that could redefine how we interact with AI. Second, Microsoft is attempting to patent a technique called Response Augmented System (RAS), which is essentially a rebranding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) that many in AI have been using for a while. This move might face challenges due to prior art, but it’s interesting to see big players trying to secure foundational technologies. Third, Polymarket, a blockchain-based platform, made headlines during the recent US elections. They processed $4 billion in trades and were able to call races 2 to 12 hours faster than traditional news outlets.
