My biggest problem is the Retirement funds. if I lose my job before 65 I will be suffering while I have money waiting to be 65. how do we trust that by 65 we will be paid out fairly ?

If you resign or get dismissed, you get your vested pot and savings pot (less tax). What happens to the retirement pot? Does it stay with your company until retirement age?
