Probiotics and digestive enzymes! The only way I am able to live a semi-normal life 😂 Also trying not to stuff myself. I find it’s sooo much worse if I eat too much

I have IBS AND NO GALLBLADDER, if I eat or drink anything I have to 💩💩within a minute of the first couple bites/sips than if my stomach is barely empty and I’m starting to get hungry it’s so painful

one time I got pulled over on my way home from speeding trying to get home to use the bathroom, I was crying and everything. He still gave me a ticket and I Barley made it 💯🙄
