I have to have regular bloods done EVERY TIME I GO ITS EMPTY, the nurse is busy bloods ect but no one for dr and apparently no appointment available for weeks 🙄

I had similar I was ringing continuously I got fed up so I drove to the surgery I left the phone ringing I got there empty surgery I said can you answer the phone which was ringing she did it was me

I don't understand this either. Ever since 2020 the GP waiting room is totally empty. Still couldn't get an appointment. So are everyone having a telephone appointment? are they trying to unalive us?

I work in care, everytime i take one of my clients to an appointment, the large waiting area is empty. I don't know what's going on. 😞

I was offered a telephone appointment in 3 weeks time. Asked outright for a face to face appointment and was told I could be seen the next day. They just don’t tell you they are available

Our surgery has approx 20 GP's, cant see anyone but a care asst or nurse. went on last week and all 6 waiting areas were empty. They have physiotherapists too, we can see them, just not a GP.

wow, this is true. Every time I go in to collect a prescription for my child the surgery is empty. Never thought about it but this is crazy. When I try to get an appointment they say it's booked

It’s excellent nowadays. Get a phone call and they determine whether you need to see them or not. Instant access if you do.

four weeks appointment,,, luxury,,,, I was quoted sixteen weeks for an appointment. or six weeks for a phone appointment. I had to call 111 , they then called my doctor , and miraculously I got an apt

The government statistics are driving the behaviour of the doctor surgery and the hospitals. It's madness and has to be sorted out. We are all looking at Labour to start employing doctors again....

I have been going to my local hospital (10mins walk away) haemotology dept. My next appointment letter says I have to go to another hospital 20 miles away for 9.30am for the same tests!

I needed to see the doctor had to fill out an online form then wait for a doctor to phone after a few days was told going to be 6 wks!! had to go to A&E Had 2 cracked ribs!!
