I've got some that have been in a grow bag for about a month, and planted some more at the weekend. I've also got some growing in a compost bin, so it will be interesting to see how they do

Hi I am attempting to grow potatoes for the first time this year.. I planted mine but may have been too giddy I put 3 in the bottom added more soil added 3 more, more soil then 3 more then covered with lots of soil… do you suggest I restart before it’s too late? 😅

unless your gonna use them all at once, leave the soil on till you need them. they store so much better and it hardens the skins

I've not tried them in the ground before but done it this way, in the half whisky barrels, topping it up as they grew, and ended up with loads of potatoes.
