they help me poop, that's all I know! though I will say the last batch I bought (directly from their site) is a lot more sugary and heading that all those I've had previously. I think I might shoot them an email

I have nothing against these gummies. They're actually pretty great but as someone who is not a dietitian or nutritionist I'm not sure I would be saying they are "life changing"

I don’t know how someone can be so heart set on a product being horrible that they know nothing about. So is the standard that if a product isn’t being promoted it’s better than ones that are?
