For the people that don’t react well to niacinimide (like me), use Vitamin C to help fade those acne spots :) I use one from the Inkey List and it’s really helped me

Warning for rosacea ladies: go low and slow with Azelaic. Also, the PC one also has salicylic acid which can be a a lot for rosacea skin!

I had this too. Change your toothpaste to something very simple (don’t use whitening ones) it made a massive difference to me. Went in matter of days. I’d had it for months if not years!
